The 40 Book Challenge is underway!

Today we officially launched our 40 book reading challenge. In groups we baked biscuits in the shape of books and characters and while they were cooking we set up our notebooks ready for recording all of the books we are going to read over the year.
A dash of icing transformed our shapes into potential Booker prize winners!
A messy but very yummy start to a great year of reading.
